Centro De Ayuda Legal Para Imigrantes is a nonprofit organization that—as its name suggests—helps immigrants navigate the American legal system.
CALI was founded in 2011 in Mountain View by executive director Maria Ramirez. The organization promotes a safe environment where clients can feel comfortable discussing their cases. An integral part of achieving this is by having qualified bilingual staffers to assist clients in their native language. In 2012, CALI relocated to Santa Clara.
