Know a Vet is a community organization that offers a safe space for veterans to freely speak their concerns about their own physical and mental health.

This group of community volunteers provides information, help, and support services, and puts together annual events in support of returning veterans and their families. It has served thousands of veterans and their families, and has brought attention and support to the San Jose Vet Center.
