The Rainbow Chamber of Commerce Silicon Valley fosters a supportive LGBTQ+ business community for all.

The Rainbow Chamber of Commerce Silicon Valley was first established back in 1999 to help bring support and exposure to those business owners who were also part of the LGBTQ+ community. It is currently the largest LGBTQ+ nonprofit group in the region and currently has over 100 members and counting. You do not need to identify as LGBTQ+ personally to join; members also include businesses and professional individuals who are supporters and allies.

The chamber is affiliated with the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, and puts on regular mixers, training seminars, and networking events to connect LGBTQ+ business owners to each other and to the community as a whole. Each month, the chamber selects a member business to host a mixer event, supporting that business and providing advertising and exposure.

The Rainbow Chamber also participates in San Jose Pride as a united group and represents the community at governmental events.
