The Santa Clara County Social Service Agency (SSA) is a county entity that provides basic safety net services to at-risk children, families and adults. SSA provides four major branches of protection: Agency Office, Department of Aging and Adult Services, Department of Employment and Benefit Services, and Department of Family and Children’s Services.
