Emotional Awareness Institute helps people become their “best and genuine self” by identifying and acknowledging their true identity. The nonprofit organization gives individuals the opportunity to share their life stories with others.

EAI believes that it is important to recognize one’s true identity as a starting point of change. To support people through this process, the organization offers various programs:

InnerView: Participants cover 24 topics using the InnerView app or workbook.
LifeStories for Seniors: Seniors attend an eight-week workshop that will help them share their stories.
Personal Statement LifeStories: Young adults are guided to write a strong personal statement of self-identity.
Connecting Generations with Families: Families build intergenerational relationships through an eight-week workshop.
Know Yourself Through Your Own Story: Children from kindergarten through sixth grade find their passion and strengths.
