Healthier Kids Foundation shares information and tools that help parents and guardians provide children with a healthy lifestyle.

Healthier Kids Foundation works side by side with families and children to provide health screenings to low-income families, connect families to correlated health services, identify uninsured children, and enroll families into health coverage. It also provides healthy lifestyle education to caregivers.

During the past three years, Healthier Kids Foundation has connected with more 900 sites in Santa Clara County and advocated for better health policy. Through its partnerships, the foundation has helped families at more than a thousand community sites and managed more than 52,000 cases.
