The Finance Department helps the City Manager control fiscal affairs and works to preserve and promote the city's fiscal health. The department is in charge of making multiple reports, such as the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and compliance reports to state and federal entities. Other tasks include preparing the city's annual operating and capital budget and handling risk management.
