The Winters Historical Society is a nonprofit organization whose primary mission is to safeguard and disseminate the abundant history of Winters.

Through educational activities, research endeavors, capturing oral accounts of historical events, and displaying photographic evidence and artifacts, the Historical Society’s objectives revolve around establishing a new Winters History Museum, which will serve as a permanent dedicated space to house and showcase its extensive collection.
