Cool Davis is a network made up of residents, community organizations, businesses, and community institutions working to implement the City of Davis Climate Action and Adaptation Plan.

Its mission is to inspire the community and encourage the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, adaptation to a changing climate, and the enhancement of overall quality of life for everyone. At the same time, Cool Davis approaching the mission with a philosophy of fun. While climate change is a serious issue, engaging the entire community requires utilizing creativity to drive change. Cool Davis actively incorporates various organizations and activities centered around good food, laughter, music, art, poetry, dance, visual arts, and film.
