VOLUNTEER
A venerable tradition, 4-H offers kids from the ages of 5 to 19 the opportunity to learn new skills. Projects are offered by each club, and are led by volunteer adults and parents.
4-H members can choose projects in these areas: science, engineering, and technology; agriculture and natural resources; animal science education; nutrition and healthy living; citizenship and service-learning; and leadership and public speaking.
Project meetings are in addition to a monthly Community Club meeting, and are set by the volunteer leader of each project.
