The Esparto Regional Chamber of Commerce supports businesses in Esparto that are considered to be in a rural community. Self-described as the Gateway to Capay Valley, Esparto is home to a farming community that is a large contributor to the Farm to Fork initiative throughout the Greater Sacramento Valley.

The Chamber works on behalf of its members by boosting the local economy through business promotion, networking events, connecting business contacts, and interacting with local government when political action is necessary to protect or enrich local businesses. The Chamber works closely with Yolo County to increase incentives for business owners large and small. They collaborate often with their members to discover current needs and to bring assistance as able.

Any business can join the Chamber, as well as qualified individuals, by simply reaching out for an application online. Annual membership fees range from $35 to $500 depending upon the size and type of business joining. They are also actively recruiting volunteers for several different programs.

The Chamber is also heavily involved with Esparto's annual Almond Festival, which began over 100 years ago. They also help with the related Almond Queen Pageant.
