Woodland Chamber of Commerce

The Woodland Chamber of Commerce serves the community and businesses in the county seat of Yolo County.

A chamber of commerce is important in any town, and Woodland is no exception. From ribbon cuttings to networking events, the Woodland Chamber of Commerce supports its local businesses by promoting, educating, and serving as a link between business owners, residents, and local government.

According to its official website, the chamber’s mission is to be “an active membership organization which promotes business growth and economic prosperity by strengthening and enhancing our community relationships.”

The chamber serves four key purposes in the community. First, members coordinate the efforts of “commerce, industry, and the professions” by strengthening the business environment of Woodland. Second, they provide a multitude of activities that encourage professional development and employment opportunties, both of which boost the local economy. Third, they provide creative business leadership solutions and focus on community problems and improvements. Lastly, they aim to put Woodland on the map by providing a broader appreciation of the opportunities within the city to not only locals, but also state and national audiences.

Any business professional can join the Woodland Chamber for an annual membership fee. The current chamber is made up of business owners, managers, employees, presidents, and entrepreneurs who are ready to get to know you.
