Madison Community Services District Overview

The Madison Community Services District has been serving area residents since 1990. The district operates and maintains the production wells, water distribution system, wastewater treatment facility, and sewer collection systems within the community of Madison and provides maintenance services for neighborhood parks.

MCSD operates, maintains, and repairs the community’s water distribution system, including water mains, service connections, valves and fire hydrants. It also operates, maintains and repairs the district’s sewer collection system and wastewater treatment facilities. Maintenance services for neighborhood parks includes mowing, vegetation care, irrigation, weed abatement, restroom cleaning, and trash collection. The district also maintains street lights.
