Digital NEST connects youths to a skill-building community by creating sustainable and scalable technology career centers. As an aim to create economic equality and provide resources to low-income individuals, Digital NEST serves as a center that teaches young people the technical skills needed to be competitive and self-sufficient in the digital future.

Founded in 2014, the NEST is a youth workforce development center that provides technical and essential soft skills training. Serving predominantly Latinx youth, the NEST is a safe and collaborative space for people between the ages of 14 to 24. Over the years, the center has empowered 2,000-plus teens and young adults.

Its programs cover the following:

  • Digital Arts & Technology
  • Web & Information Technology
  • People, Project & Leadership

NEST training and programs consist of hands-on and project-based learning. While providing students necessary entry-level computer skills, the programs also build a professional work portfolio.
