First Community Housing creates, develops, constructs, and manages affordable housing for individuals in San Jose and San Francisco Bay Area.

Since 1986, First Community Housing has developed housing for more than 1,400 households. It serves low-income individuals, including families, senior citizens, and those with special needs. Its goal is to create affordable housing in environmentally sustainable locations.

The nonprofit organization offers many housing resources all around the Bay Area, each sustainably designed and close to transit. It also has upcoming developments dedicated to senior citizens, working-class individuals, and low-income families.
