An educator and owner of a small business, Elliot Scozzola is a third-generation Campbell resident. In 2022, he launched a bid for the Campbell City Council and won the District 4 seat in an uncontested race.
Prior to joining the council, Scozzola served on the board of the Campbell Historical Museum and Ainsley House Foundation, and as a School Site Council parent representative for Capri Elementary. He is also a member of the Campbell Chamber of Commerce and volunteers his time with Campbell Girls Fast Pitch Softball, and with local food pantries around the South Bay.
Scozzola’s campaign website highlights his priorities: supporting small businesses, after-school programs, public safety, and affordable housing. He also hopes to create a Campbell food pantry and Campbell Cares Card.
Notable quote: “I’ve always taken great pride in this beautiful city ever since learning as a young child that my great grandfather had literally helped to build it. … I often think about the people since then who have come to Campbell, to pursue their own dreams, all of them builders of this community in their own unique way. Some of which have had their voices heard loud and clear by our City Council, while others have been ignored. I vow to listen to ALL of the voices within our community, and to shine a spotlight on those that have been neglected for far too long.” (Source: Elliot for Campbell campaign website)
