This foundation serves residents living in nursing homes, people with disabilities, and people struggling with homelessness and mental illness.

Founded in 1996, the foundation offers visits to nursing care facilities, nondenominational worship services, recreational trips, donations of food, clothing and medical equipment, and other programs.
