SLVEN helps educates and organize locals in the San Lorenzo Valley to prepare for and respond to emergencies, particularly natural disasters.

The 501(c)3 nonprofit group offers links to online ressources needed in a variety of emergency situations, including wildfires, earthquakes, floods and power outages. Members can sign up on an email list and attend meetings every fourth Tuesday of the month at the Felton Library (attendance in person or via Zoom).
