The California Green Business Network partners with chambers of commerce, cities, and counties throughout California to encourage green operations. Through environmental education and good green business practices advice, businesses throughout California can receive mentorship and learn how to lessen their environmental impact.
By becoming a certified green business through the California Green Business Network, businesses can save money, improve employee wellness and productivity, receive recognition from local and state level leaders, and enjoy a distinct edge on marketing and promotion.
Businesses that are interested in “going green” can register and apply through the California Green Business Network website, and then they will receive assistance that includes potential rebates and technical help (among other things). Once a business is certified, it can find itself open to more opportunities within the network of officially green businesses.
