Elm Street Mission has been helping those in need in Santa Cruz since 1972. This church puts its emphasis on “the homeless, hurting, and incarcerated” and ministers to those bound by addictions and/or mental illness.

According to the mission’s website, “We serve a big God who can and will help all those who desire a change in their life and will surrender their lives to Him in repentance. We feed, clothe, and help people to get into programs.”
