WPENS is a nonprofit parent cooperative that offers “quality education to both child and parent.” Parents and caregivers learn through daily activities, seminars and speaker meetings.
Founded in the 1970s, WPENS (Westside Parent Education Nursery School) builds a support system for families and a learning community that involves parents and children in hands-on learning and creative activities. Parents are involved in every aspect of running the school.
