Health Projects Center delivers services and programs that bolster the ability of seniors to live in their own homes. The center operates in Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz counties, delivering culturally appropriate programs in both English and Spanish for older adults, family caregivers and health workers.

Through the Del Mar Caregiver Resource Center, Health Projects helps the families of loved ones living with neurological conditions. The Multipurpose Senior Services Program provides social and health care management services for individuals seeking to remain in their own communities. And the Central Coast Area Health Education Center works to educate medical professionals about about geriatrics and community-based care.
