The City Manager’s Office oversees administrative work for all departments. The city manager supports and advises the City Council on various affairs, and ensures that their decisions are implemented. The office also represents Davis to other government agencies and private organizations. It is split into these divisions: Community Information, Outreach, & Engagement; Office of Innovation and Economic Vitality; Civic & Public Art; Media Services; Housing & Human Services; and City Clerk.
