City of Winters Natural Resources Commission

The role of the Natural Resources Commission is to advise the Winters City Council, city staff, and the community in natural resources and environmental sustainability, conservation, and preservation. This working committee serves as a source of technical expertise and to assist staff on projects by conducting research, preparing reports, and developing recommendations. Each councilmember appoints a commissioner and one member is designated by the Lower Putah Creek Coordinating Committee.
