The Community Development Department assists residents, businesses and developers with building permits, planning fees, business licenses and a wide array of issues of interest to property owners.

The Building Division’s counter hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 a.m. to noon. It is recommended that residents call ahead to ensure a staff member will be available to assist with specific questions or projects. The office is closed during the noon hour.
