Esparto Community Services District Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the five-member governing body for the Esparto Community Services District. The Board of Directors is responsible for approving the district’s budget, setting policy goals and objectives and adopting strategic plans. District staff members execute board policy and other actions and keep the board informed. Directors serve staggered four-year terms (two or three are elected every two years). Directors receive a monthly stipend of $150 and are elected through guidelines set forth by the Yolo County Elections Office
