Esparto Community Services District Overview

More than 3,000 people live in the unincorporated community of Esparto. Since 1969, the Esparto Community Services District has provided residents with water and wastewater services. The district operates and maintains the production wells, water distribution system, wastewater treatment facility, and sewer collection systems within Esparto and provides maintenance services for neighborhood parks, detention basins and street lighting.
