The Community Emergency Radio Association is an all-volunteer group of citizens who promote community safety throughout El Dorado County and surrounding communities. Members include licensed amateur radio operators who disseminate the operating techniques and technical skills related to public service community and emergency radio communications.
CER) was formed in April 2022 and is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. It is the parent organization of the El Dorado County Amateur Radio Club and the El Dorado County Neighborhood Radio Watch groups.
