Clarksville Region Historical Society preserves and protects the history of historic Clarksville and the surrounding region.

The society enlists public support in recognizing the benefits of preserving historical resources for future generations. One of its biggest events (cancelled during the pandemic) is Clarksville Day, an annual event held on the first Saturday in May.
