Veterans Transition Center has helped veterans transition “from crisis to self-sufficiency” since 1996, dedicated to seeing that homeless veterans and their families have food, clothing, case management, life skills, substance abuse counseling, benefit enrollment, medical referrals, employment training, and housing.

Current programs include emergency housing for up to 60 days; transitional housing for up to two years; and permanent supportive housing.
