The Seaside Fire Department serves the communities of Seaside and Del Rey Oaks, providing fire prevention and emergency medical services as well as local, state and federal wildland response. SFD also operates a hazardous materials response vehicle to handle calls from Monterey and San Benito counties as well as statewide requests.
