The Finance Department is responsible for the stewardship of the city’s resources. It provides financial information to the council and departments, and produces the year-end comprehensive annual financial report, the annual operating budget and revenue forecasts. The staff provides accounts payable and payroll services and manages the city’s debt, investment, and banking affairs.

Hours: Mon-Thu 8 a.m.-4:45 p.m. (Closed noon-1:30 p.m. for midday sanitation.)
