The legendary High Sierra Music Festival has announced its return for a 33rd year from July 3 to 6, 2025. The quintessential, intimate 4-day camping and music festival experience will take place in its long-standing home of 25 years at the Plumas-Sierra County Fairgrounds in Quincy, Calif., according to a press release. High Sierra will once again gather musicians, artists and performers, with music lovers, outdoor adventure and wellness seekers, as well as festival fashionistas.
Early-bird tickets are on sale now.
The High Sierra Music Festival has weathered numerous obstacles, from a pandemic, to changing industry dynamics, to recent inflation, to the death of its founder and talent buyer Roy Carter earlier this year. Co-producer David “Dave” Margulies, who has a long history in the music world on the artist discovery side, now steps into the role of producer and curator of the event, according to the release.
Known for its vibrant, eclectic blend of music, steeped in post Grateful Dead jam bands, bluegrass, funk, Americana, singer-songwriters, international music and more.
