Good Sun is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing solar energy solutions to other nonprofits.

Founded in 2013, Good Sun supports projects that focus on communities and families where environmental injustice and social inequality exist. Good Sun repurposes used solar panels and diverts them back into useful service in a secondary market, keeping viable panels out of landfill.

Good Sun accepts donations of new and used solar equipment throughout Northern California, and it sells solar panels to fund its projects.
