Kidpower is a global nonprofit organization that focuses on “People Safety.” It educates the community on interpersonal and social safety skills. Working closely with the media, Kidpower promotes its research program on personal safety.
Kidpower programs build confidence and healthy relationships and focus on protecting children, preventing sexual abuse and bullying, and educating children about “stranger danger.”
The organization offers a variety of resources, such as information pamphlets, events, programs and more. Kidpower also provides safety leadership training for adults to protect and empower their own students, children, patients, families and community.
Kidpower California serves more than 20,000 people annually. Statewide services organized through offices in Castro Valley, Granada Hills, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Santa Rosa, San Diego, and Santa Cruz.
