The Parks and Recreation Commission exists to promote and encourage public recreation. This includes the use of parks, attendance of citywide events, and filling classes and seminars held through the city's Parks and Recreation Department.
The Parks and Recreation Commission meets on the second Wednesday of every other month, 6:00 pm.
