The city clerk connects residents with their local government, with the transparency to ensure Stockton’s legislative processes are open and available to the public. The Office of the City Clerk manages the city’s official records, providing open access to this information, and serving as the community’s public information resource to the Council.
 
The city clerk’s team assists with a number of services, including meeting agendas and recordings, public records requests, local elections and FPPC campaign forms, and more. The office also handles board and commission recruitment.
