City of Lathrop City Council Councilmember Diane Lazard

Prior to being elected to the Lathrop City Council, Diane Lazard served on various ad-hoc committees for the city and also served on the Lathrop Planning Commission for more than a dozen years. A third-generation Lathrop resident, she has been an active member of the community, including service as secretary for the Lathrop Lions Club.
