City of Lathrop City Council Councilmember Jennifer Torres-O’Callaghan

Jennifer Torres-O’Callaghan joined the council in 2018 to fill out the term of a departing councilmember. She won reelection in 2020, and is currently midway through her second term. She aims to be a voice for safety, children, and schools in Lathrop.

Alma mater: University of California, Berkeley (bachelor’s degree, rhetoric)

Committees: San Joaquin County Water Advisory Board, the City of Lathrop and the City of Manteca 2x2 committee,  MUSD and BANTA School Districts’ 2x2 committees.
