The City Clerk’s office provides a variety of administrative services in support of the City Council. The clerk prepares agendas, maintains the city’s official records, and recruits for council-appointed boards and commissions. The clerk is also responsible for administering city elections and serving as the filing officer for the Fair Political Practices Commission.

The office is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The office is open on alternate Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
