Self-described as the “Jewel of the Valley,” Ripon is San Joaquin County’s second-smallest city, best known for its almond industry but more valued by its residents as a good place to raise a family and enjoy small-town living with full city services. Ripon prides itself on a low crime rate and access to many recreational activities—including city sports programs, walking trails in Army Corps Park, an aquatic center, a skate park, and one of the valley’s largest indoor climbing gyms.
