During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Community Development Department is allowing for construction and development activity to occur if certain criteria are met.

The department is taking in applications, reviewing plans, completing inspections, and issuing permits. Whenever practical, however, services will be conducted via email, by other electronic means or virtually. No members of the public will be allowed inside City Hall. All payments will be done over the phone or through bank wire in coordination with the Finance Department.

Hard copies or other materials must be mailed to city hall or an arrangement can be made for a courier to drop off materials. The department requires proper use of PPE per county and OSHA guidelines for staff in the field.
