Esperanza Community Farms aims to increase food security and good health in low-income families.
The group promotes healthy eating and economic justice in the Pajaro Valley by supplying sustainably farmed, affordable produce that is grown by former farmworkers newly trained in organic practices.
From Good Times...
About 700 people attended Harvesting Equity, where safety, living wages, contracts, housing and immigration reform for farmworkers took center stage.
