Rise Together supports people of color in Santa Cruz County by increasing economic mobility, celebrating culture, changing policies, delivering essential services, and funding community programs.
This group of 17 leaders of color works with a team from the Community Foundation Santa Cruz County to advance racial equity locally. The group was convened in June of 2020 by the Community Foundation to support action needed to build a more just and equitable county.
