VOLUNTEER

Santa Cruz Free Guide provides individuals with a list of resources for housing and supportive services.

The Santa Cruz and Watsonville Free Guides were begun as quick single sheets made to be easily folded to pocket size, and distributed to people who might need them; especially people experiencing homelessness. Community volunteer Meredy Wells created the Santa Cruz Free Guide and Watsonville Free Guide in both English and Spanish, updating, printing and distributing them herself for more than two years.

Today the guides are also maintained by volunteers. The Santa Cruz Free Guide team believes that information should always be free and accessible, maintained collaboratively. If you use the free guide and notice something is incorrect; or if you are a provider of services and notice something that should change, email santacruzfreeguide@gmail.com.
