Community Bridges delivers fundamental resources for the people of Santa Cruz County. It offers programs that change the lives of local children, families, and seniors. The organization provides transportation, healthy food, health care, and senior adult day care programs.

Community Bridge envisions a thriving community where all people have the opportunity to unleash their full potential. It aims to increase diversity in the community and work toward building projects that are “secure, stable and inclusive.” 

The organization focuses on three program sectors:

  • Children & Nutrition
  • Family Resource Collective 
  • Seniors & Transportation 

Each sector offers equitable access to resources.
