A special meeting of the Scotts Valley Fire Protection District Board of Directors drew just a handful of attendees as the board unanimously voted to approve a “pre-reorganization agreement” with the Branciforte Fire Protection District. Reorganization efforts are expected to take at least a year to conclude.
