The eistrict is is governed by a five-member board elected to four-year staggered terms by the voters in the district service area. Board members promote the interests of the district’s customers and oversee the fiscal health of the district by approving an annual budget and monitoring cash reserve and investment policies. In addition, the board hires a general manager to handle the district’s day-to-day operations. The public is invited to attend board meetings.
