The Santa Cruz Port District is governed by an elected Board of Commissioners, each of whom serves a four-year term. The primary mission of the Port Commission is to ensure that the Santa Cruz Harbor is viable both operationally and financially as a provider of boating and marine-related opportunities for business and recreational users.
