The Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District is governed by an 11-member Board of Directors composed of representatives of the cities of Watsonville, Santa Cruz, Capitola, and Scotts Valley, and representatives from the unincorporated areas of Santa Cruz County, plus one ex-officio member from UCSC.
Meetings are held on the fourth Friday of the month at 9 a.m. (location TBD).
